Unit 6 post

I have a lot of problems during this term. I have no internet because we cannot afford it. No one around me will help me get somewhere that I can use internet. I am as of right now failing both classes this term. I can not wait until we find another place to live where we are closer to my mom because then I know I will be able to use the internet and hopefully bring my grades up to where they need to be. I do not like failing at anything espeacially when I am giving it everything have. I am watching the lunar eclipse right now and it is cool when we can see it because there are so many clouds in the way. I am having trouble getting any kind of research done for my paper because once again I have no access to any internet other than on my phone but that does not help much because I cannot turn in my homework or research anything. I hope we find a place soon so I can get things done and on time.

Thank you,

Normally, I would just do all the research first and then write my paper. I would have someone at home proofread it for me and then turn it. I am going to try one of the other styles. I do not know which one I am going to try as to yet, but I will try another.
If there was one thing about my academic chalenges it would have to be not having my own internet. The reason for this is because it is getting winter and even though I am in Texas, it still is getting pretty cold out. I am worried about getting sick. If that happens I do not know how I would get anything done.
School is a major influence in my life. It is showing my kids that if you get your homework done and pass, you will be able to do what you want in life like going to college and doing something you never thought you could before. So far in my house hold I am the only one that graduated from high school. By my going back to school my husband has started going to GED class so he can go to college. He reminds me of a person who is about to get out of high and go to college even though they do not know what they want to do yet. He has so many ideas on what he wants to do it funny. I keep telling him you can do whatever you want just keep going to school. So far it has worked he is still going. Now if I could just get my 7 year old to do his homework in 1st grade.

Based on my reading of ch. 12 in the KU Guide to Successful Writing, pages 121-142. We need to cite our sources, because if we do not we are taking credit for something someone else thought of or did. By doing this we could end up having a lawsuit against us. I for one would not be able to handle a lawsuit against me. I have never heard of citing my source before I attended Kaplan University. There are so many details that go with the medical field and in life in general that I did not understand. Even still I do not know until I started school with Kaplan. Plagiarism is not a way to go. You are taking ideas or thoughts and the credit away from the one who did it, and saying it as your own.
